I left you today with no pain ‘over my heart’ (which I know is the breast bone), no pain from my hips down to my knees and all around, no pain underneath my feet and no bladder pain. I had a nice long walk with my friend at Burgoyne Woods and felt strong and healthy!
It has been quite a while since I have felt this good, I believe we had some AHA moments today and look forward to feeling and learning more.
